Short version: MessHub collects only the data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. You can request deletion at any time.
MessHub ("we", "us", "our") operates the website messhub.com and the Telegram bot @MessHub_bot. MessHub is an AI-assisted content publishing tool that enables users to monitor RSS feeds, generate post drafts, and publish content to Telegram channels and Twitter.
MessHub is operated from Ukraine and is available to users worldwide without geographic restrictions.
This policy is governed by the laws of Ukraine, including the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI. Users located in the European Union are additionally protected under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users located in other jurisdictions retain rights under their applicable local laws.

To delete your MessHub account and data, send the command /delete_account to @MessHub_bot.
EU residents have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Users in other jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local laws — we will honour reasonable requests regardless of location.

MessHub is operated from Ukraine and serves users globally. Your data may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including through our third-party providers (MongoDB Atlas, Google Analytics, Mailchimp). By using MessHub, you consent to this transfer.
We ensure that any cross-border data transfers are conducted in accordance with applicable law and that our service providers maintain appropriate data protection standards.
MessHub is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify active bot users via a Telegram message.
